 ANA RODRIGUEZ

is the founder and Executive Producer at Tinker Group Enterprises. With over 14 years of experience tracking and analyzing consumer behavior for a global communications company together with being a mother herself, Ana has a unique understanding of the power that media has in shaping our children.  Ana combines her expertise in consumer insight, anticipation of future trends, and a keen eye for market opportunity with her passion for social impact and children education.

Formerly, Ana worked for Discovery Communications for over 10 years and served as the Global Research Director of Consumers and Brands. She was responsible for generating global insights to understand performance of brands and content internationally and across the different platforms including linear and digital. She has also worked with IBM, Televisa and consulted to firms such as AMC Networks. She was born in Colombia and graduated from Babson College with a B.S in Business Management and a concentration in Entrepreneurship and Business Strategy. Ana is also a graduate of the Summer 2021 UCLA Professional Program in Producing, a graduate-level, non-degree, competitive admission program within the UCLA School of Theater, Film & Television.

 JENNIFER CHREIN

is an Executive Producer at Tinker Group Enterprises. She specializes in development, creation, funding and distribution of Children’s content for all forms of global media distribution.  Previously, Jennifer was the founder and President of jbmw media. Through jbmw media, Jennifer played the role of Executive/Supervising Producer on Doggity’s (Sprout, 2010) and DOKI (Discovery Kids, 2012/13.) Some of her clients have been Common Sense Networks, Shine UK & Andrew Davenport (Teletubbies & In the Night Garden), Sprout, Discovery Kids Latin America, HITN, MediaPro, Sesame Workshop, The NYC Ballet, Filmlance Sweden, Enthusiastic Productions, WTTW Chicago, Zondervan Publishing, Fabrique d’Images Luxembourg & Bayard Jeunesse Animation France, Blink Films Australia, Baby Octopus (Diana Manson) and NBC Digital. In addition, Jennifer has formed a creative and production partnership with 2X Pulitzer Prize winner & author, Steve Breen. The first project, Powerbirds, is currently on Universal Kids.

Prior to setting up jbmw media, Jennifer was the VP of US and International Television Distribution at Sesame Workshop for over 8 years where she set up many of the Sesame Street international local co-productions, ran the TV distribution team, business and library, managed their Sprout partnership and played a major role in funding many of the company’s TV series – Pinky Dinky Doo, Out There, The Adventures of Bert & Ernie and Play With Me Sesame to name a few.

Before focusing on the Children’s media business, Jennifer was the VP of International TV with All American/Fremantle in NY and London and the SVP of Distribution at Telescene Entertainment, Montreal/NY. She started her career in media with DMB&B NY as a Media Planner on accounts such as Pampers and General Foods and graduated from their media training program.

Jennifer lives happily in West Simsbury, Connecticut with her daughter Jolie.
